At 4F Standard, we stand behind the quality of every order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it or make it right.

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to have a great experience with your order.

Because our products are made to order through our print-on-demand process, we do not accept returns for incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse. Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will absolutely make it right.

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Approved claims may result in:

• A replacement item
• Store credit
• A refund when appropriate
